Mid-fielder Aaron Molloy an Honorable Mention
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – USL Championship announced today that Memphis 901 FC defender Jeremy Kelly was named to the USL Team of the Week following the team’s 2-1 victory over Oakland Roots SC this past Saturday at AutoZone Park.
Kelly recorded one assist and three chances created in addition to a strong defensive performance at fullback, winning 10 of 15 duels and 5 of 6 tackles in the match against Oakland.
Mid-fielder Aaron Molloy who scored in the match, was named an Honorable Mention to the Team of the Week.
Additionally, Molloy’s goal, scored off a free kick from 20 yards out, is up for USL Championship Fans’ Choice Goal of the Week. It was Molloy’s first goal with Memphis after being acquired this past offseason.

Memphis 901 FC is on the road for its next two matches, this Saturday (March 26) vs Las Vegas Lights FC and Saturday, April vs. Detroit City FC. 901 FC returns to AutoZone Park on Wednesday, April 13 to take on FC Tulsa at 7 p.m.
